Manual Installation Instructions:
Choose the file you want to download to your system. With your
mouse, click on the file. In the 'save as' dialogue, you will be
prompted to select the folder (subdirectory) where you want the

This update will add Word 2003 and PowerPoint 2003* as selections
in the 'send to' or 'destinations' list in hp's PrecisionScan LT,
PrecisionScan, or PrecisionScan Pro scanning software.
Unless you have Microsoft Office 2003, you do not need to
install this update.
* PowerPoint 2003 will not become available for the sj5200c,
PrecisionScan v2.0x.

This update resolves a problem where the scanner cannot be detected
while connected via USB to Windows 2000 or Windows XP systems, but
works fine over an alternate interface, such as SCSI or parallel.
