According to the application note released by Freescale on Dec 2008, changed the DDR1 memory timing to improve NAS stability. A small portion of N3200 was suffering from this issue when firmware v1.00.03 and earlier installed. The symptom could be one or some of the following when building RAID or copy big quantity of data into the NAS.
- NAS locks up and doesn't respond to "ping" command
- LCD shows "System No Response" and could not shutdown via power button
