Note: Do not power off your unit while the update is in process.
Download the file to a temporary location on your computer's hard disk drive.
Open the Smart Switch Configuration Utility.
Use the Discover button in the Utility to detect all Smart Switches on your network.
Select the appropriate switch and click on the Upgrade Firmware button.
Browse to the location of the downloaded hex file from Step 1.
