Note: It is critical that you update the AP Utility on all computers that it is running on. Using the new AP firmware with the old utility will NOT work properly
If the AP utility has never been installed
Print these instructions.
Download the USR04_1.0a_APUtility.exe file located at the bottom of the page.
Double-click the USR04_1.0a_APUtility.exe file to start the installation process.
Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
If you are upgrading your AP Utility
Print these instructions.
Download the USR04_1.0a_APUtility.exe file located at the bottom of the page.
Run the USR04_1.0a_APUtility.exe file and it will detect the previous version of the AP Utility.
It will prompt you to uninstall the old version.
Click Yes and complete the uninstallation process.
Once it is uninstalled, you will be prompted to install the new version.
Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
